The owners of ManageMe have long-standing relationships with independent LOCAL maids, handymen, painters and other third-party service providers who we have tested and who we trust with our own homes.
Because ManageMe has strict Vetting and doesn't let just anyone into your home. We have more quality renters which means that you will have less maintenance and repair costs.
Traditional Management Companies put a fee on top of the bid they get from Maintenance companies. With Manage|Me, the bid we get is the bid you get. There is NO upcharge.

ManageMe charges a management fee of up to 30% LESS than traditional management companies. This puts more money in your pocket.
Traditional management companies take the charges for maid services out of the owner's cut, making the owner's cut less than 50% of the gross rentals in most instances. ManageMe passes the cost of maid service on to the renter
